HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Here’s a step-by-step guide on placing your order online with iHearing Aid.

  1. Locate the products you are interested in ordering by going to → iHearing Packages ←
  2. Click on the desired product(s), then click “Add to Cart”.
  3. When you are ready to checkout, click the Checkout button, and you will be redirected to the Checkout page.
  4. On the Checkout page, you will need to confirm your shipping information (name, address, email, contact number).
  5. Once your order has been processed, your order will be shipped within 2 business days.

CAN I PAY WHEN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Yes, you can choose Cash-On-Delivery as your payment method on the Checkout page. 

I'VE SENT MY PAYMENT. WHAT NEXT?

Once you’ve sent your payment, it can take up to 40 minutes for us to receive an email notifying us of your payment. Your payment will be pending until we collect the funds (when we process your order).

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All orders that have been received by 5 pm EST (2 pm PST) are processed and shipped the next business day, or else it ships the following business day. If we experience unforeseen circumstances, it can take an additional business day to process your order.

Tracking information does not update immediately after shipping. Postal couriers do not scan packages until they reach their sorting facility. This can take as much as one day (2 days past your order day) to complete. Unfortunately, this is out of our hands and we apologize for the inconvenience.

IS TAX INCLUDED IN YOUR PRICES?

Yes, taxes are included.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T GET MY PACKAGE?

If you do not get your package 2 days after the expected arrival date, let us know and we will file a trace.

If a trace is filed, we will conduct an investigation (which can take 5 business days to complete). If we can locate the package, then it will be shipped to you and you’ll get it a few days later. If it’s deemed “unrecoverable”, we will send you a replacement package, free of charge.

We do not offer postage refunds if your order arrives late due to any postal issues.

CAN I ORDER IF I DON'T LIVE IN THE USA OR CANADA?

No, we only ship within the USA and Canada.
